For a while now i've feel a sort of pressured feeling surrounded by my fibrous capsule. Today during gym i took a step my foot flat on the gorund and below my knee hat (front of my knee) felt similar to it was contained by a slint or like it have cracked (the kind of awareness you think you'd discern it you snapped a twig and put it under your skin?) I have to sit for three minutes before i be able to stand again, and the stomach-ache and pressure was gone. Now three hours subsequent i am feeling the pressure againa nd slight anguish in my fibrous medication and when i pushed on my meniscus (or the area it's in) it ache and hurt. Please help. Should i see a doctor in the region of this? how can you tell that the misery you are feeling is coming specifically from your fibrous medication?
I would suggest consulting a doctor so that they can order the appropriate scan etc.
