Random sharp prikly itchy stings on my body??

Everytime i make a prompt movement i get these wierd sharp itches that surface liek needles poking me. I have no i dea what this is! i havetried lotionbut its no accurate. I used to bea jock in 8th class. i mean A troop Basketball Mile track jock. Imin high academy now and dont really play sports as much. Maybe thats the overnight case. IDK but im seriously worried.Anyone know what kind of freaky piece is going on in my body. 10 min ago i triped and get up and started getting reallly hot! then itchy! afterwards Pain all over my skin. plz assistance! There could be a pinched or irritated nerve (giving an example only) that could be cause the symptoms but the only mode to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
