Is reading glasses ok for a 19 year outdated? They are generally not needed for a 19 year old, but if they sustain you to read without straining your eyes and bring things into focus, afterwards by all money, pick them up.
If you live in the U.S., you can buy pack of 3 or 4 for less than $20 at Sam's Club or at CostCo.
Nothing is not ok. Just filch care of yourself resourcefully. I've seen 4 - 5 year olds wear eyeglasses. Wear them if necessary. Do not strain your eyes or they'll bring worse.
