Poor Circulation of Blocked Veins??

for several years my husband has have the same on going problems. the moved out side of his body goes numb. he have seen a doctor twice and they said your blood test come back fine and your treadmil test looks great your in spotless health. so more just this minute now his jaws start tingling and go numb. he have to sleep with his arms lower than him to raise him stale the bed because he says it puts to much pressure on his chest close at hand his heart and it hurts. any ideas. sounds close to a pinched nerve
