my mum said she suffered with it when she be younger a lot? Sounds approaching growing pains. I had that abundantly also when I was younger. I know it sounds funny, but sometimes you "feel" your body grow. I wouldn't verbs about it unless it become so severe that it interferes with your everyday undertakings.
Maybe you have an iron deficiancy. Low level of iron can cause charlie horses.
